Welcome to NHS South East Staffordshire and Seisdon Peninsula Clinical Commissioning Group

About us

Our Governing Body

The Governing Body is responsible for making sure that the CCG follows the correct rules and procedures when making decisions about local healthcare or monitoring the quality and safety of services.

It is made up of GPs from our member practices and senior CCG managers along with independent members including a secondary care doctor and lay members. The CCG is legally required to have two lay members; one responsible for Audit and Governance and one for Patient and Public Involvement. South East Staffordshire and Seisdon Peninsula CCG decided to appoint additional lay members to represent the views of patients and the public. The Governing Body may also co-opt observers and attendees with speaking rights to attend meetings as required.

See who's who on South East Staffordshire and Seisdon Peninsula's Governing Body.
