Keeping your brain healthy

There is increasing scientific evidence to suggest that we need to exercise our brain as well as our body and research suggests that learning a foreign language gives our brain a very effective workout. Keeping your brain active and challenged throughout life may help prevent or delay the onset of dementia.

The team at JLH Languages have established a programme of sessions called the French Brain Gym. A range of classes are available weekdays throughout the summer and if you’d like to find out more or to sign up then email This email address is being protected from spambots.
