Turnaround Director 

Regina Shakespeare joined the CCGs in December 2018 as Turnaround Director. After many years as a Chief Executive in the NHS and a former Fellow of The King’s Fund, Regina set up independently 10 years ago. Regina specialises in commissioning turnaround and is delighted to be working with the Staffordshire CCGs.
