About us

Are you a Carer?

A carer is someone of any age who provides unpaid support to family or friends who could not manage without this help. This could be caring for a relative, partner, a child or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health or substance misuse problems.

The Carers Hub is commissioned by the six Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent CCGs to provide an independent service to support unpaid carers across the county. If you are a Carer then you are automatically entitled to a Carers Assessment from the Carers Hub.

If you, or someone you know, are an unpaid Carer then you can get in touch with the service directly or via your GP.
