NHS England's Accessible Information and Communications Policy published

NHS England has published its Accessible Information and Communication Policy to show how the Accessible Information Standard can be adopted by other organisations. An easy read version and a British Sign Language video of the policy are also available.

The policy aims to ensure that NHS England has a clear, consistent and fair approach to providing accessible, inclusive information and communication support to patients, carers, service users, members of the public, staff, stakeholders and partners.
