The Love your Liver campaign is a national initiative from the British Liver Trust, the UK's largest liver charity.
They are encouraging people to take simple steps to care for their liver, after the excesses of the festive period. Small changes such as cutting out alcohol for 2-3 consecutive days, avoiding fatty foods, and taking regular exercise are great ways of improving the health of your liver.
